Asset inventory
With the help of our asset inventory, you get full control of all your assets whether you are the owner or the service contractor. Each asset registrered has its own data card, service record, documentation, pictures and location.
Data card
Each registered asset has its own data card. Through the data card all information related to the asset is stored. This makes finding serial numbers, manufacturing dates, and other important data a breeze.
- Manufacturer and model - eg Volvo 240
- Type of asset - eg Vehicle, Automobile
- Properties - eg "weight: 1400 kg" "Color: Blue"
- Date of manufacture, warranty period, serial number, etc.
Standard documents and pictures
To make it easy to add new assets to the registry, you can work with standard documents and images to save time.
- Controls which documents should always be available with a specific model or type of asset.
- Controls which image should always be displayed by default on a particular model or type of asset.
Location Information
Each asset has its own location. This can be represented either by a coordinate or both by a coordinate and an address.

Smart tags
Link our smart tags to the respective assets in your asset registry. A tag can be linked to one or more assets.
