When you own or rent a lot of equipment, it can be difficult to know what is where or in what condition the equipment actually has; what repairs have been made? when was the equipment installed? what are the warranty times that apply? If you are not doing your own service- and maintenance work on your equipment you can invite your contractors to collaborate with you.
Inviting collaborators is included in the price of the system; collaborators pay no extra fees but are limited to working on assets shared with them unless they have their own contract with Service Node.
With the help of our asset inventory you get full control of all your equipment. Each asset in the asset inventory has its own data card, service journal, documentation, pictures and history.
Tools for creating and linking checklists to your equipment are built into the system. So making checklists for inspection, controls, meters etc. is very easy. Allowing your organisation a much better and simpler way of keeping track of what maintenance that has been done.
You always have the most up-to-date information both on site and in the office. Service personnel no longer need to make unnecessary trips when in doubt as all service information can be collected and shared in the Service Node.
