New feature:

Places: We have launched a new feature called ‘Places’ that can be used to manage the location for assets and work orders. This is also useful for our customer who owns/manage multiple properties. The place feature supports adding of multiple address and defining a geofence.

Updates and improvements:
  • Users can now add economical info for assets.
  • Users can now add base inventory information to their parts and see the latest quantity after usage in Service and work order.
  • A Common Asset Selector is implemented. This enables easy filtering and searching of assets to add with an object.
  • Most of the form UI are updated by grouping related data and arranging them in sections.
  • Asset’s Model Details- Improved the UI
  • Calendar – All Calendar views will have Monday as the starting day of the week.
  • Asset Import – Added the ‘Number’ field while importing assets. Note that the asset’s number must be unique or else the import will fail.
  • Parts can be cloned from option menu in Parts list.
  • A new address component is implemented that frees up space in the main form.
  • Service details UI is updated.
  • Service partner invitations and rejections can now include a short message to inform the recipient.
  • While adding a new contact, existing contacts will be suggested if the email of the contact person matches.
  • While selecting a user to be assigned to an object, the current logged-in user will be displayed on the top.
Bugs Resolved:
  • Asset list – Issue with filtering asset list by asset type is fixed.
  • Notification list – Fixed issues with refreshing the number of unread notifications.
  • Menu – Keeping the active menu open on reloading / refreshing the browser page is fixed.
