Web application version 5.7

New features:

– Meter reading (beta) – This new feature will be very useful to keep track of your equipments’ usage. User can add one or more meters from the object’s (asset / place) details page and starts recording the readings. Soon we will release additional functionalities to this feature, for example automatically triggering work order when a certain readings are reached, notifying user when there is an alert etc.

– Assigning asset or places to a QR-tag- Updated. Users can now simply go to the QR-tag details page and add or remove the asset or places.

-Places- Errors can now be reported on Places. Same functionality as with reporting Errors on assets.

-Places- Service can now be reported on Places. Same functionality as with reporting Service on assets.

-Places- Service checklists can now be added to a place.

-Error & service filters- Users would be able to filter the error and service list based on Asset or Place.

-Public URL- Users can now control if the object ( asset / place / QR tag ) can be accessed from public URL or not. This option will be found in the form while adding or editing data.

Improvements:

– Error and Service forms – A customer field is added to error and service forms. When users selects an asset or place, the system will try to fetch the customer and populate the field. If the customer is not found, user can manually specify a customer while reporting error or service.

– Generating invoice – Customer (if exists and unique) will be fetched from Services and Work orders while generating invoices.

– Place – Map view is now available from the Place list.

– Place – At least one proper address would be required while adding a place.

– Place – Notes & comments tab is available on Place details page.

– Invoice details – A timeline is added to the invoice details page to get an overview on the invoice’s history.

– Parts list – user can now add inventory from the action menu if no inventory is added to a parts.

-User interface- Properly Marking the object in the list thats are already added. In this way users will not attempt to add the same object twice by mistake.

-User interface- List headers are updated to give it a clean look

-User interface- Proper error message will be given if an uploaded file is not supported.

-User interface- Tab orders in the details page is reorganized

Bug fix:

– Comments – Long comments should now be seen directly without having to click the “show more” button.

– Comments – Comments can now be deleted again.

– Invoice – The correct amount of invoices should now show on all tabs.

– Invoice – All data added to newly created parts should now save.

– User – Setting a unique number for each user in the number field should now work properly.

– Maps – All locations of all objects should now show the correct location. Notify us if any objects still don’t show their correct location.
